These Terms of Use constitute an agreement between you and Ruvos, LLC, the owner and operator of TLH NavCare. In these terms, "Ruvos," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Ruvos, LLC. Collaborating and supporting organizations may be recognized on the portal, but such recognition does not make them owners, operators, or legally responsible parties.

TLH NavCare is intended for a general audience of adults and caregivers. Parents and guardians may use the portal on behalf of children in their care. The portal is not directed to children, and children should not submit personal information through it.

TLH NavCare is a community healthcare navigation and directory tool for Tallahassee and Florida's Capital Region. It exists to help you find and compare care options. It is not a healthcare provider and does not deliver medical services.

Nothing on this portal is a medical diagnosis or medical advice, and using the portal does not create a provider-patient relationship with Ruvos or anyone else.

The Symptom Navigator provides general navigation guidance based on the answers you select. It does not assess you, does not diagnose any condition, does not establish a provider-patient relationship, and does not guarantee that a suggested level of care is appropriate for your situation. You remain responsible for seeking professional medical advice from a physician, nurse, or other qualified healthcare professional.

This portal is not monitored for emergencies, and no one reviews what you enter in real time. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, call or text 988.

Inclusion of a provider, facility, or resource in this directory is not an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of quality. Listings are compiled from public sources and community submissions, and are updated as corrections are received and reviewed.

Provider information may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or changed without notice. We do not guarantee availability, eligibility, insurance coverage, network participation, pricing, quality, accessibility, licensure status, or outcomes. Before visiting or relying on any listing, verify directly with the provider:

• Hours of operation and current availability
• Whether they are accepting new patients
• Eligibility requirements, pricing, and payment expectations
• Insurance participation for your specific plan

If you submit a provider correction, a contact message, or other information, you must provide information you reasonably believe is accurate, and you must not submit anything unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, confidential, or sensitive (including medical records or health details, Social Security numbers, or financial account information).

By submitting a correction or other directory information, you give us permission to review, verify, forward, edit, and use it to operate and improve the directory. We do not claim ownership of your personal information; its handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

When using the portal, you agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the portal or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Overwhelm the service with excessive automated requests
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Knowingly submit false information
• Harvest or collect personal information about others
• Use automated scraping in a way that disrupts the service or violates applicable law

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

We may revise these terms from time to time. Material revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page occasionally.
